Some Day...
I will have a little house on a modest plot of land in Texas hill country. There will be a river running through it with a lot of old trees all over the place and a sunny meadow. It will look a lot like this place I found (ironically) in Utopia, TX along the Sabinal River, which is currently for sale (all 4 acres) for about $150K.

Sounds fantastic! I will definitely come visit lots. Right now I'm excited about the prospect of grass someday.
Grass is good, too. If you can grow grass, you can grow a veggie garden, too! BTW, how are things coming in that area?
