A Happy Ending...

So the police never had to be called, the money is returned and the bride was happy to settle for a refund. I haven't had any irate phone calls since last night and we got another new client today (Felicia) interested in a dress who wants to start right away. My new business partner (Jenny) is really stable, detail oriented, and generally psychosis-free, and we have a formal legal contract that we're both drawing up to protect ourselves and our future clients from a situation like this ever repeating itself. I'm actually kind of glad that I've learned so much from this situation. Thanks to you all for your support through this ridiculously stupid situation.
