Sweet Dreams

I recently discovered an unexpected byproduct of traveling... better dreams. I had the most beautiful dream last night. I was standing in the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart at the top of a hill in Paris at sunset, right as golden-silver light started streaming through all of those gorgeous stained-glass windows. It was so beautiful. I just stood there in awe with tears streaming down my face. I was filled with the most peaceful, loving feeling. And then I woke up.
If you can travel at all, don't put it off until you're older. If you can't afford to go overseas, get in the car and drive somewhere breathtakingly beautiful. Moab and Zion's National Park are only a short drive away from Utah Valley, and camping is cheap and fun. Or go to Yellowstone, Yosemite, drive to the ocean. Drive wherever you can.
As for me, I would rather have children, but being able to go to Paris in my dreams whenever I want is a pretty good consolation prize.
