HIS
HERS
It's been a week since we bought our cruisers. We've taken them out nearly every day and have logged probably around 50 miles on them. Half of that was taking the Provo River trail from up in Provo Canyon all the way down to the Lake. It's a long trip, but it's downhill the entire way and only took about an hour. Mostly, though, we just ride around the neighborhood and our local stretch of the trail looking cool and goofing around like dumb teenagers.
It's been great, and surprisingly romantic. That's a huge bonus since hubby and I are probably the least romantic couple on Planet Earth, and could use all the help we can get. I think it's a combination of the scenery, the serenity, and the lack of annoying interruptions. If you and your spouse don't have bikes, I suggest you go out and get some. Rent, buy, borrow- it's worth it.
And if you live in Utah Valley, take a ride down the Provo River trail. You'll be amazed at how gorgeous and serene it is, and how cool Provo actually can be once you get away from all the college students... I can't believe I've lived here for 11 years and never realized how beautiful this city really is.

How fun! Love the bikes! I have wanted a beach cruiser for a while now. Alas, someday... Jake actually has a really nice, very expensive bike (his sister's husband is VERY into biking and gave Jake his old one) that has been sitting with a flat tire in our storage closet for the last year now. But, have I done anything about fixing the tire or trying the bike out for myself? No, of course not.
