So the house has another offer pending on it- another real estate investor who wants to change the carpet, paint the kitchen, and jack up the price by $100K. We probably won't get it. Back to square one.
In the mean time, I'm going to go take a nap since the only other alternative is jogging which I can't do beacause I'm so dizzy from loss of blood or eating myself sick on Sweet Tooth Fairy cupcakes.
I HATE house hunting.

Why the blood loss? I say eat cupcakes then nap then more cupcakes. It's a recipe for success!
I donated blood at a 4th (3rd) of July blood drive. It was a WRONG choice, since I've felt tired, dizzy, and nauseated the rest of the day. I'm trying to get off sugar again, hence the avoidance of cupcakes. I kind of went on a bender with Andrei's b-day cake and am repenting of my evil ways.
