Things here are pretty calm. Busy, but calm.
I apologize for being such a terrible blogger this year, but honestly the only thing we've been doing around here is dealing with house stuff. We've had the windows measured for blinds, the yard measured for landscaping, and we've hung up most of the pictures in the house. It's a lot of work moving in to a new place, and sadly I haven't had the time or energy to really "nest" yet. So many activities for school and church, etc. But with only 3 more days of school, there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Unfortunately that light is on the other side of a week long school trip that I have "volunteered" to "chaperone" to Washington D. C. It'll be fun, but it's just awkward timing.
