We got a call from our loan officer today to see when we want to set up the closing. We told him tomorrow. He said that he could probably set it up, and if not, for sure Friday or Monday at the latest.
Holy cow! I was thinking that it would be later next week, or sometime in the distant future in a world my hopes and dreams actually can become reality. You know, whichever.
It still doesn't seem real, even though we have a closing date in the next 48 hours. My house is in boxes. My dogs are running around sniffing everything in a confused state of bewilderment. I'm so trunky to be done with the school year. I have so many amazing things to do this summer.
I can't believe it's finally a done deal.
*UPDATE: We're closing today! I got a message from Luis saying they'll meet at 3:30 so I have to run. After, I'm going over to the house to clean the construction debris out of it. I'M SO HAPPY!!!!!
