Update

Well, I've been doing pretty well with my resolution so far. I have been super tempted to binge and a couple of times I even started, but I read a couple of tips on these blogs that really helped:
Can You Stay For Dinner? and Runs for Cookies.
One of them (I forget which) said that if you feel tempted to binge, let yourself have one portion and then wait ten minutes. If you still feel like eating, then you can go ahead and eat more. If not, then your problem is solved. I tried that twice and it worked. I still ended up eating junk food, but not fully pigging out on it.
It's been an interesting process to say the least, but I'm starting to think I can actually do this.
