I'm Spring Cleaning today. Well, it's more like "spring cleaning light." I don't think I'll ever fully clean my house the way I was taught to by my step-mother. I always get cold feet somewhere between removing all the light fixtures and cleaning out the window wells.
Regardless, here's the to-do list at Casa Farias today:
deep clean bathrooms
vacuum (including corners and under furniture)
dust/wipe down EVERYTHING (except for the blinds which hubby cleaned on his day off last week)
clean baseboards (which for me includes using a toothbrush to scrub corners)
clean out air vents and air intakes
wash the interior windows
polish wood/metal/leather throughout house
So far, I'm about 1/3 of the way in, which is the worst place to be, because I'm still far enough away from being finished that I don't think I'll ever be done, and I'm far enough in that I feel too committed to back out.
Good thing I have a pot of Agua de Jamaica and some tasty tunes to help me keep my strength up.
