So we're putting another offer on a house today. This will be the 5th one in the past 13 months. I'm wondering if it will actually stick this time. Hoping that it will stick.
It's a 1970's ranch style property with a basement apartment and a killer location near the University. It is a little outdated, but that's something we've dealt with before and can *easily* fix.
I won't go into specifics until I know more details, but keep your fingers crossed for us, okay?
