This year I'm dressed as a 1960's Housewife (although one kid said I looked like blonde Snookie, another said I looked like Barbie, and another one said I look like Lady Gaga). It's the best, despite the mega eyelashes which I'm guessing will probably come off before lunch because they are sucking all the moisture out of my eyeballs currently. Woot woot!
(update: eyelashes made it until 6th period)
Tonight is our ward Trunk-Or-Treat. That's a Utah tradition where everyone gets together at church, decorates the trunk of their car, parks all around the parking lot, and then the kiddies trick-or-treat in a safe, family-oriented atmosphere. We also have the Dixon Faculty Family Halloween Party. Tomorrow, we're probably going to skip the madness and go up to the rodeo in Ogden. Yee haw!
What are you and your little zombies digging up this Halloween?

You look great. I am being lame and not even dressing up this year. But, my kids will all be fully costumed as a flower, a ladybug, and a pumpkin. Tonight we're headed up to Riverton to go to Gma and Gpa's trunk or treat. Tomorrow is our trunk or treat. Since Jake will be working all the way through any and all festivities this year, I am taking the kiddos to the two trunk or treats and calling it good. We kind of ending up copping out on Halloween this year. Next year we'll have to go all out again.
Okay, re-reading this and going more thoroughly over the costume tally, I have a couple more comments. First, my very favorite is the "Lady Bug - 2 (one slutty, one fancy)". Makes me laugh a lot. Second, there are a lot of slutty kids at your school. (I was going to say slutty girls, but I didn't want to assume that there weren't any slutty boys dressed as fairies or lady bugs or what not. Because, let's face it, the thought of a middle school boy dressed as a slutty bug or cat or fairy just entertains me. Why is that, I wonder?) That is all.
Yes, the slutty fairies, bugs, etc. were all female, thank heavens. Last year one was a boy, though. Our school is pretty strict on the no cross-dressing thing, though. There are a depressingly large number of slutty girls at my school, though. Sigh... Thank heavens for the vampire-obsessed emo-punks who somewhat balance them out. :)
Okay so that last comment was typed on my phone. Please disregard the excessive quantity of "though"s. I'm pleading no contest on this one.
