Hard Ball

We finally got an offer from IHC and UVRMC to purchase our investment property. It was about $40K less than we really wanted and about $20K less than what we are expecting. The next few weeks will be kind of intense as we struggle with the difficult decision of what to do next. We're hoping we can meet somewhere in the middle and that we can end this transaction, which as been nearly 5 years in the making, as quickly and amicably as possible.
