I've been really bad at keeping up with the blog the last few weeks. There hasn't been much going on, and most of what is happening these days I have to keep under wraps- hence the excessive use of YouTube videos. I just thought you guys would be interested to know, however, that we have another Real Estate deal in the works. If this pans out, it will be the biggest thing to happen to me this year, but I don't want to go into too much detail because there are a lot of "what-ifs" and "maybe's" right now.
